Public Notice of Preliminary Decision to Issue an Authority to Construct Permit to Pyramid Construction and Aggregates, Inc. for a Hot Mix Asphalt Plant
El Centro, CA (May 17, 2016) - Pursuant to Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) Rules and Regulations, the Air Pollution Control Officer (APCO) has made a preliminary decision to grant Pyramid Construction and Aggregates Inc., an Authority to Construct Permit for a Hot Mix Asphalt Plant and Lime Pug Mill in combination to the company's aggregate crushing and screening equipment located in American Girl mine in Winterhaven, CA. Authority to Construct Permit No. 4454 will include conditions to ensure that all ICAPCD requirements will be satisfied.
The Public has an opportunity to submit comments on the above permit review. Written comments regarding the proposed decision will be received by the ICAPCD for a period of thirty (30) days after publication of this notice. The closing date for the submission of comments will be June 19, 2016. The application and supporting documentation may be examined at the Air Pollution Control District, 150 South Ninth Street, El Centro, CA 92243.
