Early Voting Opportunities

In an effort to increase voter participation, the Imperial County Registrar of Voters offers two separate programs, Early Mobile Voting and Weekend Voting, that allow registered voters an opportunity to vote prior to Election Day.

Early Mobile Voting is a program that utilizes the Imperial County Mobile Office (RV) traveling throughout Imperial County on designated days making voting more convenient and accessible. Registered voters have the opportunity to cast their vote in the Mobile Office or drop off vote-by-mail ballots in person. Early Mobile Voting provides our residents with a fast and convenient option to traditional Election Day voting. A list of Early Mobile Voting dates and locations may be found here.

On the Saturday and Sunday before an election, the Registrar of Voters opens the office for Weekend Voting. Registered voters can come to the County Administrative Center at 940 West Main Street in El Centro between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday. Similar to Early Mobile Voting, registered voters may either cast their vote or drop off vote-by-mail ballots in person.

For more information on early voting options, please contact the Imperial County Registrar of Voters at (442) 265-1060.
