Development, Chapter 2 Mobile Home Parks Act, Subchapter
1 Mobile Home Parks Article 1 Administration and Enforcement,
the Imperial County Planning / Building Department oversees
the construction, use, maintenance and occupancy of mobile
home parks, mobile home lots, permanent buildings, accessory
buildings and structures. |

home park installations, carports, decks, cabanas, awnings,
etc. require a building permit to be obtained, please contact
the Department for more information.
