Notice of Availability - Annual Report for Rule 310 Operational Development Fee FY 2015-2016
Since the adoption of Rule 310, Operational Development fee on November 6, 2007, the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) has collected and redistributed monies through a "Request for Proposal" process to help mitigate excess emissions of Nox and PM10 resulting from the construction of development throughout Imperial County.
Section E.9 of Rule 310 requires the ICAPCD to prepare and publish, on August 1st of each year, an annual report which discloses the total amount of fees collected and distributed the prior fiscal year. The report, similarly, discloses the number of projects funded; the total emission reductions; and the overall cost-effectiveness factor of award projects. This serves as notice that the annual report is available for review by the public.
The Rule 310 Operational Development Fee Annual Report is available for download at the ICAPCD website at www.co.imperial.ca.us under "Air Pollution". A hard copy of the report is available for review at the ICAPCD office located at 150 S 9th Street, El Centro, Ca 92243.
