1st installment of real property taxes will become delinquent if not payed by 5:00 p.m. on December 12 2016

The Imperial County Department of Public Works (ICDPW) wishes to inform the public that there will be a road closure due to canal concrete lining from December 5, 2016 to December 23, 2016. The closure will be on Meadows Road between Jasper Road and Fawcett Road.

The Imperial County Department of Public Works (ICDPW) wishes to inform the public that there will be lane closure due to road excavation from November 28, 2016 to November 30, 2016 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The closures will be on Dogwood Road between Aten Road and Villa Road. There is no street parking allowed during this time.

The Imperial County Agricultural Commissioner's Office wishes to inform all members of the local agricultural industry that on November 21, 2016, sugarcane aphid, Melanaphis sacchari was confirmed at two different locations within Imperial County.

The Imperial County Department of Public Works (ICDPW) wishes to inform the public that Betty Jo McNeece Loop Road will be closed between Sperber Road and 50 feet east of Sperber Road from November 22, 2016 to November 23, 2016. The closure is due to installation of a water pipeline. A detour route will be provided.

The Imperial County Department of Public Works (ICDPW) wishes to inform the public that there will be two lane closures due to street improvements from November 21, 2016 to November 23, 2016 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The closures will be on Lotus Lane between Ross Road and the south end of the Lotus Lane cul-de-sac and on Ocotillo Drive from Lotus Lane until approximately 280 feet east of Lotus Lane.

The Imperial County Department of Public Works (ICDPW) wishes to inform the public that Sperber Road will be closed between McCabe Road and Betty Jo McNeece Loop from November 7, 2016 to November 25, 2016.

Last week, the Imperial County Auditor-Controller Department received the Award for Counties Financial Transactions Reporting by the California State Controller's Office for its year-end Financial Transaction Report for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2015.

The Imperial County Board of Supervisors wish to inform the public that the Board meeting previously scheduled for Tuesday, November 15, 2016, has been cancelled. The Board will reconvene their regularly scheduled board meetings on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.
