Imperial County Environmental Evaluation Committee Meeting

Pursuant to the requirements of the CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
(CEQA) and the County's "RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CEQA, AS
AMENDED" the Imperial County Environmental Evaluation Committee will meet on
September 14, 2017 at 1:30pm in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 940 Main Street,
El Centro, to review the below-mentioned project(s):

Assessment #17-0019: Applicant: Imperial County Public Works Department project applicant is proposing to implement the Bridge Replacement, which would include the demolition of the existing County Bridge (No. 58C-0115) over the East Highline Canal, and the construction of a replacement bridge. The objective is to replace the structurally deficient bridge with a new (115' long x 40' wide) bridge, and to provide safe passage for the public. The bridge approaches would be raised approximately 2 to 3 feet. The property is legally described as Bonds Corner Quadrangle, between Section 35, Township 16 South, Range 16 East, and Section 26, Township 16 South, Range 16 East SBB&M. Assessment #17-0020: Applicant: Midway III Solar Farm project applicant is requesting the approval of a CUP modification with previously approved Midway Solar Farm III project. Proposal would modify the Conditions of approval S-2 that requires the use of slats in the perimeter fencing of the project site. The project is a 162-acre parcel in the NW of Section 5. The property is legally described as Township 12 South, Range 14 East, SBB&M. Assessor's Parcel Number 022-160-008-000, (6986 English Road, Calipatria, CA), (Supervisorial District #4), [David Black, Planner IV at (442) 265-1736, extension 1746 or by email at davidblack@co.imperial.ca.us].
