Pursuant to the requirements of the CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) and the County's "RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CEQA, AS AMENDED" the Imperial County Environmental Evaluation Committee will meet on April 13, 2017 at 1:30pm in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 940 Main Street, El Centro, to review the below-mentioned project(s):
Assessment #17-0002: Applicant: AT&T California has submitted an Initial Study #17-0002 application proposing to provide fiber service to the Heber Dunes State Park which include placing 45 new poles, trenching and borings from State Route 98 to Heber Dunes Road on property legally described as a portion of Section 26 and 35, Township 16/17 South Range 15 East, SBB&M. Assessor's Parcel Number 055-190-037-000, (1700 E. Assessment #20178HROSIP: Applicant: IC Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) has submitted an Initial Study (IS) #20178HROSIP for the 2017 State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 8-Hour Ozone Standard. The ICAPCD was reclassified to a "Moderate" non-attainment area for the 2008 8-Hr Ozone Standard in 2016 requiring the ICAPCD to develop a SIP that would demonstrate attainment of the standard as expeditious and practicable as possible but no later than 2018.
