Imperial County Environmental Evaluation Committee Meeting

Pursuant to the requirements of the CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
(CEQA) and the County's "RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CEQA, AS
AMENDED" the Imperial County Environmental Evaluation Committee will meet on
October 27, 2016 at 1:30pm in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 940 Main Street, El Centro, to review the below-mentioned project(s):

Assessment #16-0017: Applicant: Western Mesquite Mines, Inc. has submitted a
Reclamation Plan #15-0001 which includes consolidating and updating the requirements of
three existing reclamation plans (RP#23-84, RP#28-88, and RP#98-0004) into one plan and
adding 37 acres of proposed new disturbance. The project also includes the submittal of
Conditional Use Permit #15-0018, amending Conditional Use Permit #09-0020 to include
the additional 37 acres of proposed disturbance, on property legally described as Portions of Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 within Township 13 South, Range 19 East, San Bernardino Baseline and Meridian. Assessment #16-0020: Applicant: Midway Solar Farm III, 97WI 8ME, LLC, has
submitted Conditional Use Permit #16-0021, proposing the Midway Solar Farm III Solar
Project, which is a nominal 20-megawatt alternating current, solar photovoltaic (PV) energy
generation facility on a proposed 162-acre parcel. On property legally described as the
Northwest of Section 5, Township 12 South, Range 14 East, SBB&M. Assessor's Parcel
Number 022-160-008-000. (6986 English Road, Calipatria, CA), (Supervisorial District #4),

Assessment #16-0021: Applicant: Midway Solar Farm IV, LLC, has submitted
Conditional Use Permit #16-0022 proposing the Midway Solar Farm IV Solar Project, which
is a nominal 15-megawatt alternating current, solar photovoltaic (PV) energy generation
facility on a proposed 150-acre parcel. On property legally described as the Southwest of
Section 5, Township 12 South, Range 14, East, SBB&M. Assessor Parcel Number 022-160-

Assessment #16-0022: Applicant: Bill Wiest Ranches, Inc. has submitted a Tract
Map application, TR#00990, proposing the subdivision of the existing Parcel 4 of Parcel Map #02470. On property legally described as the South of Northwest and Southwest of Section 5, Township 12 South, Range 14 East, SBB&M. Assessor Parcel Number 022-160-008-000.
