The Air District DOES NOT forecast but solely compiles information from both the Phoenix and San Diego National Weather Offices to relay information concerning potential changes in ambient air concentrations that may impact the public.

|High wind levels have the potential to suspend particulate matter into the air. High levels of PM10 may pose an impact to public health. It is recommended that active children and adults, and people with respiratory disease, such as asthma, limit their outdoor activities.
Potential increases in PM10 concentrations may increase to moderate or unhealthy level.
|Imperial County Weather Synopsis|
Sunny today with light (mostly) west winds. High temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s.
SYNOPSIS FROM THE SAN DIEGO OFFICE
After a cold morning, clouds will increase today and lead to a few light showers from the coast to the mountains, but most likely in San Diego County. This small chance of light showers will continue through early Friday morning. Brisk winds are also in the forecast Thursday, especially in the mountains and deserts. A fair and warmer weekend is expected before low pressure returns next week for another chance of showers.
SYNOPSIS FROM THE PHOENIX OFFICE
Cool but dry conditions will continue to affect the region through Thursday. A storm system will then bring a chance of showers mainly north and east of Phoenix on Friday. Cool temperatures will continue Saturday followed by dry conditions and a warming trend into early next week.
