SYNOPSIS FROM THE PHOENIX OFFICE
Above normal temperatures will continue this week as strong high pressure remains firmly entrenched over the interior West. Thunderstorm chances will remain limited across lower desert communities through the rest of the week with activity focused mainly over mountain areas. However, areas of strong gusty Thunderstorm outflows are possible each afternoon and evening over the south-central Arizona deserts.
