|High wind levels have the potential to suspend particulate matter into the air. High levels of PM10 may pose an impact to public health. It is recommended that active children and adults, and people with respiratory disease, such as asthma, limit their outdoor activities.
Potential increases in PM10 concentrations may increase to moderate or unhealthy level.

|SYNOPSIS FROM THE SAN DIEGO OFFICE
Through Wednesday...onshore flow will maintain seasonal high temperatures with night and morning coastal low clouds and patchy fog and periods of high clouds. For late Thursday through early Saturday...a low pressure system will move inland through Southern California bringing cooler...much stronger onshore flow with strong and gusty southwest to west winds on Thursday night and Friday becoming west to northwest Friday night. Lighter precipitation will develop Thursday afternoon and evening...with more significant precipitation late Thursday night and Friday...then with decreasing showers for Friday night. Well below average high temperatures for Friday through Sunday. Gusty northeast winds for Sunday and Monday...then weaker winds and much warmer for the middle part of next week.
SYNOPSIS FROM THE PHOENIX OFFICE
Dry weather with unseasonably warm temperatures will continue through Thursday, with varying amounts of high clouds. A change toward unsettled, wetter and colder weather will occur Friday and Saturday. Clearing skies with slightly below normal temperatures will settle over the region Saturday through Monday, with many desert locations falling into the low to mid 30s during the morning hours.
