IMPERIAL COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF THE IMPERIAL COUNTY 2018 REDESIGNATION REQUEST AND MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR PARTICULATE MATTER LESS THAN 10 MICRONS IN DIAMETER
(2018 PM10 PLAN)
The Imperial County Air Pollution Control District Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing to consider the adoption of the Imperial County 2018 Redesignation Request and Maintenance Plan for Particulate Matter Less than 10 Microns in Diameter (2018 PM10 Plan). The 2018 PM10 Plan addresses all Clean Air Act requirements for a redesignation request and maintenance plan needed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to approve a redesignation.
The hearing will be held as follows: October 23, 2018 at 10:45 a.m., Board of Supervisors Chambers at the County Administration Center located at 940 Main Street, El Centro, CA.
The 2018 PM10 Plan and associated appendices are available at the ICAPCD website at www.co.imperial.ca.us under "Air Pollution Control". Hard copy requests can be made at the ICAPCD office located at 150 South Ninth Street, El Centro, CA.
The public is invited to attend and be heard. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the procedures of the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District Board of Directors. If fourteen copies of written comments are received more than five days before the hearing, they will be included in the Board Members' packets for this item. Comments should be addressed to the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District at 150 South 9th Street, El Centro, CA 92243.
